  • Rooms are ready from about 14:00 on the day you arrive — the room is cleaned after the previous guests leave at noon. On the day you leave, please vacate it by 11:00. Arriving on an early ferry? Leave your bags at reception and head for the pool or the beach.

  • The engine offers two: a Flexible rate, free to cancel until about two weeks before arrival, and a Promotional rate around 10% lower that is non-refundable. Each comes room-only or with breakfast (about €25 a person a night more).

  • Bookings made online are guaranteed with a single payment of 30%; the remaining 70% is paid on arrival. Card payments run through a bank payment gateway over an encrypted connection.

  • No — the Balearic sustainable tourism tax is paid at the hotel: €3.30 a person a night, half that from the ninth night.

  • In some rooms, yes, at an extra cost and subject to availability. Please arrange it with our reservations team before you arrive.

  • In high summer, yes — in August the engine asks for five nights or more. The rest of the season you can book a single night.

  • The 2027 season opens on 13 May. In the shoulder months the restaurant keeps shorter days — ask us when you book.
